When can I report a maintenance problem?

As soon as you notice it! Give us a call or text any day of the week- regardless of the time.

Are utilities included?

No, they are the tenant's responsibility. We believe that our tenants can best save money by controlling their own utilities. Cable can be turned on or off during periods that the apartment is uninhabited. Additionally, water and electricity is charge based on usage. Another complex will charge a standard rate. Meaning that you are paying for what you aren't using.

Do you allow pets?

No, we do not allow pets at our properties.

Will I have to pay a security deposit?

Yes, the security deposit is due at the time of lease signing. Within 30 days of the end of the lease agreement, the full amount is returned to the tenant(s) upon final inspection of the property.

How close are the apartments to Alfred State College and Alfred University?

All our properties are within mere blocks of both campuses.

Is there free parking?

Yes, there is free parking available at each property.

Are washers and dryers included?

Coin-operated washers and dryers are provided at our Glenside property, while a local laundromat is within close proximity of the other properties.

What size apartments do you have?

We have studios, one, two, three, four, and five bedroom apartments.

Is furniture included?

No, we believe tenants would rather save on rent by bringing their own furniture.

How easy is it to contact you after I move in?

Every tenant has our cell phone numbers, which we answer as promptly as possible.

How long is the lease?

It’s a lease that is set up for the entirety of the school year. When you graduate in May, your lease will end shortly afterwards. We also have one property, the Glenside Apartments, that we lease to tenants on a monthly basis.
